Huntington’ disease

The disruption of circadian rhythmicity in Huntington’ disease was monitored from sleep/wake cycles. Herein the sleep/wake cycles was recorded by different methods (sleep diaries, Actiwatch® and EEG recordings).

Genstat was implemented to deal with ANOVA and missing values.
