Generalized mixed models
Genstat for marine science
This approach used two-part conditional general linear model to improve the precision of recreational fishing harves. In order to estimates of the proportion of boats fishing, fishing effort, harvest per unit effort (HPUE) and harvest using sample mean values and mean values derived from a two-part conditional general linear model, the Time Interval Count method was deployed.
Genstat was implemented for mixed models (generalized mixed models).
