Multiple Comparison (LSD)

Genstat for Microbiology

The development of bacterial contaminants in baker’s yeast suspensions can be suppressed during the autolysis process. The analysis of variance (F test) was performed on bacterial cell viabilities after 24 h of autolysis. A significant interaction was found between the effects of pH and autolysis promoters on the bacterial population in YE.

Genstat was implemented for ANOVA (F-test, All interaction), Multiple Comparison (LSD), Variance homogeneity(Bartlett test).
