用过ASReml-R3的用户都知道，计算遗传力时需要借助其他包，比如nadiv,AAFun…,现在在ASReml-R4中, 我们可以直接用vpredict()来算遗传力。vpredict()功能：Compute functions of variance components and their approximate standard errors（计算方差组分及其近似SE）实例
运算结果比较
普通公式计算vpredict()计算两种方法计算结果一致，而vpredict()能给出SE值
lrt()

常用的另两个模型选择方法——赤池信息准则（Akaike Information Criterion，AIC）和贝叶斯信息准则（Bayesian Information Criterion，BIC）以及似然值loglik可以通过summary提取
