Job brief:
As sales representatives, individuals will work closely with customers and their regional sales team to grow and promote the sale of Biosci (Thailand) Co., Ltd. products (Biostatistics software: Genstat, ASreml, BMS). Sales representatives are the first line of contact with all new customers and along with their regional sales team, sales representatives establish and maintain long-term business relationships with new and current customer base.
2. Responsibilities
- Close and grow sales through professional communication with existing and potential clients
- Manage and interpret customer requirements – speaking with clients to understand and meet their needs
- Expand market awareness of our products by communicating features and benefits of our products and services effectively
- Work with the technical support team to ensure customer project requirements are met
- Maintain records of customer communications and contact information as required via CRM system
- Prepare responses to RFP (request for proposals) and RFI (request for information)
- Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Submit a variety of sales status reports as required, including activity, closings, follow-up
- Demonstrate and explain best practices for all Biosci (Thailand) Co., Ltd. product and maintain knowledge
- Maintain knowledge of competitor products and work with marketing team for defining marketing strategies
3. Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Science or related fields (Biostatistics science would be an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
- Strong presentation skills and professional appearance
- Valid driver license
- Ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
